Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş. takes the highest possible security measures to ensure the lawful collection, storage, and sharing of your personal data and to protect your privacy.

Our goal is to inform you in the most transparent manner regarding the collection of your personal data, the purposes of processing, the parties with whom your data is shared, the legal grounds, and your rights, in accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and to ensure your satisfaction.

a) Data Controller

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data will be collected and processed by Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş., as the data controller, within the scope described below.

b) Purposes for Processing Personal Data

Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş. Personal data may be collected from parties such as customers, employees, potential customers, job candidates, business partners, and suppliers in categories such as identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, legal transaction and compliance information, and marketing and sales information.

Your personal data collected:

- Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş. To provide you with products and services, fulfill our obligations to you, maintain records and documents, and comply with information storage, reporting, information, tax, and other obligations stipulated by local and international legislation.

- To offer you personalized advertising, campaigns, advantages, and other benefits for sales and marketing activities aimed at improving the quality of services and products.

- To manage infrastructure and commercial activities and comply with internal policies and procedures, including those related to auditing, finance and accounting, billing and collections, IT systems, data and website hosting, business continuity and records, and document and print management.

- To communicate with you regarding IT needs, system structure, the necessity of IT support services received, and to provide you with necessary information regarding these services and products.

- To conduct traffic measurement, statistical analysis, segmentation/profiling, and CRM activities for sales and marketing activities.

- To measure and increase customer satisfaction, manage complaints, and receive your opinions and suggestions regarding new services and products. To receive your problem and error reports, to inform you about products and services, complaints, and requests,

- To take your orders, to process your payments, to collaborate with third parties for logistics and product shipment, to recommend products and services that may be of interest to you, to conduct online behavioral advertising and marketing, customer portfolio management, to measure and improve service quality, to conduct communication, optimization, auditing, risk management and control, promotion, analysis, identifying areas of interest, scoring, profiling, marketing, sales, advertising, and communication.

- To facilitate comparative product and/or service offerings, modeling, existing or new product studies and/or developments, and to use your personal data in all products and services offered to you within the scope of the law and relevant legislation governing the work stipulated in the articles of association of Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş., subject to your disclosure to Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş.

- To comply with information storage, reporting, and information obligations stipulated by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of contracts, and to utilize these services. To fulfill the legal obligations to which Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş. is subject,

- To determine and implement Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş.'s commercial and business strategies; to manage the financial operations, communications, market research, and social responsibility activities, purchasing operations (requests, offers, evaluations, orders, budgeting, contracts), internal system and application management operations, and legal operations conducted by Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş.

- To comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations (including those outside your country of residence), including anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism laws, to comply with legal processes, and to review, evaluate, and respond to requests from official and government authorities (including those outside your country of residence). Personal data will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

c) To Whom and for What Purposes Can Processed Personal Data Be Transferred

Your collected personal data will be limited to the achievement of the purposes specified above;

To the owner, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, and affiliates

- To persons or organizations permitted by the Tax Procedure Law, Social Security Institution legislation, the Court of Accounts, the Law on Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Code of Obligations, and other legislation;

- To legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities, and legal authorities;

- To foreign companies and affiliates;

- To real or legal persons from whom we receive services and collaborate for service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising, and the aforementioned purposes; to program partner institutions and organizations; and to institutions with whom we have agreements to send messages to our customers. Orders placed will be delivered to you via email.

ç) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data will be transferred to Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş. Data collected through applications submitted through contracted websites, other institutions from which we provide/receive support services, and real and/or legal entities with whom we conduct transactions under any legislation or contract, including through our website and mobile application, call centers, social media accounts, or other channels that may be established in the future, in verbal, written, or electronic formats;

Data collected by Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş. is collected for the purposes specified above, within the framework of the performance of the contract, within the framework of legal regulations.

d) The Rights of the Personal Data Owner, Enumerated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights using the methods listed below, Anessa Özel Sağlık Turizm Hizmetleri A.Ş. will respond to the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for responses up to ten pages.

In this context, personal data owners are entitled to:

To learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its intended purpose,

To know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, both domestically and internationally,

To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to request notification of the action taken to the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred,

Despite processing in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, if the reasons requiring processing are no longer necessary, to request the deletion or destruction of their personal data and to request notification of the action taken to the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred,

To object to the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, resulting in a detrimental outcome,

To request compensation for damages suffered due to the unlawful processing of their personal data.

You can submit your request to exercise your rights specified above, in accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 1, of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué No. 30356, dated March 10, 2018, on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller, using the email address registered on our website. Applications will only include information about the applicant, and it will not be possible to obtain information about other family members or third parties. Anessa Private Health Tourism Services Inc. reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.

In your application, you must include:

a) Your name, surname, and signature if the application is in writing,

b) For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, your Turkish Republic ID number, Your ID number, if you are a foreigner, your nationality, passport number, or, if applicable, your ID number.

c) Your residence or workplace address for notification.

ç) Your email address, telephone number, and fax number for notification, if applicable.

d) The subject of your request must be included. Any relevant information and documents must also be attached to the application.

Depending on the nature of your request, we must provide complete and accurate information and documents that will enable identification. Failure to provide the requested information and documents may result in disruptions to the thorough and qualified investigations conducted by Anessa Private Health Tourism Services Inc. based on your request. In this case, Anessa Private Health Tourism Services Inc. declares that it reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application must be submitted completely and include the requested information and documents, depending on the nature of your request.
